Renée has been a dedicated leader in radiology since the 1980s. She has assumed leadership positions at the state level with GRBMA and at the national level. She sat for the inaugural RCC exam in June 2001 and is highly regarded for her substantial coding knowledge.

Susan joined MSN Healthcare Solutions, a privately-held, national medical billing and practice management firm in 2015. Prior to joining MSN, Susan was a principal in Shared Management Services, a revenue cycle management company primarily serving the specialty of radiology.
Susan has been an active member of RBMA earning her fellowship distinction in 2011. She has served in leadership positions on both the national and state levels. Susan currently serves on the ACR Coding and Nomenclature Committee, the ACR Managed Care and Payers Relations Networks, the Oklahoma Medicare Contractor Advisory Committee, and the Medicare Provider Outreach and Education Advisory Group (POEAG). Susan is certified as a Medical Practice Executive by the American College of Medical Practice Executives and has over 35 years radiology practice management experience.

Maria Tran, MBA, RCC, RCCIR, CPC, CIRCC has been a radiology coder for over 17 years. She is the coding director in the Economics & Health Policy department at the American College of Radiology (ACR). Maria serves on the editorial board of the AMA/ACR Clinical Examples in Radiology, and contributes to the ACR Radiology Coding Source bimonthly coding and reimbursement electronic newsletter. In addition, she is responsible for the review and update of the Interventional Radiology Coding Update, and Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine coding guides. She also is responsible for the review and coordination of ACR comments on the proposed National Correct Coding Initiative edits.

Prior to ACR, Maria was the radiology coding consultant at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans.

Claudia serves as Director of Quality Payment Programs for AdvancedBI as well as holding the position of Corporate and HIPAA Compliance Officer for MSN Healthcare Solutions, a privately-held, national medical billing and practice management firm. Through Claudia's work at MSN, she has been integral in developing Quality Insights, a tool in advyzeBI designed to monitor and aggregate data for Clients' participation in various quality payment initiatives. Prior to joining MSN in 2014, Claudia was a principal of CMC Consulting, LLC, a healthcare consulting firm that specialized in Medicare compliance programs, coding and compliance audits, and accounts receivable analysis for physician practices, imaging centers, and billing services. MSN had been a client of CMC for more than 15 years making it a natural fit for her. Claudia currently serves as the Treasurer for the Radiology Coding Certification Board (RCCB) and has been a member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) for more than 10 years, serving on multiple committees.

Dr. Milburn is an interventional neuroradiologist at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, Louisiana where serves as radiology residency program director and section head of neuroradiology. Dr. Milburn is a graduate of the UMKC School of Medicine, Ochsner Clinic radiology residency, and Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology fellowships. He reviews manuscripts and abstract submissions for multiple Journals and scientific meetings including the Journal of Neurointerventional Surgery and the International Stroke Conference of the American Stroke Association. Dr. Milburn is past-president of the Radiologic Society of Louisiana, and he is on the editorial board of the AMA/ACR Clinical Examples in Radiology. He is a member of the ACR Economics Committee on Interventional Radiology and Cardiovascular and the APDR Electronics Communication Committee. Dr. Milburn has authored numerous journal publications and abstracts throughout his career, and his current research interests include stroke intervention, intracranial aneurysm treatment, machine learning, and radiology education.

Dave Jakielo experience includes 12 years in hospital patient finance and four decades of managing physician practices and Medical Billing Companies. Dave has been speaking, consulting and teaching business methods throughout North America, Europe and Asia. He is co-author of four books and he is a columnist in the trade journals RCM Advisor and BC Advantage. Dave is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh and received his Masters in Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Since 1995 he has been President of his own Seminar and Consulting Company.

Dr. Rubin, a diagnostic radiologist, is the Medical Director of Computed Tomography in the Department of Radiology at Crozer-Keystone Health System, and is a partner in Southeast Radiology, LTD, a private practice radiology group that provides imaging services to Crozer-Keystone Health System. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He, subsequently, completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (Philadelphia, PA) and a fellowship in abdominal imaging at Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center (Boston, MA). Dr. Rubin currently serves on the editorial board of the AMA/ACR Clinical Examples in Radiology [a quarterly newsletter on coding], as a member of the ACR Economics Committee on Coding and Nomenclature, member of the ACR Council Steering Committee and is the Alternate CPT Advisor representing the American Roentgen Ray Society. He lives in Media, Pennsylvania with his wife, Aimee, and three children.

James E. Hamilton, MHA, FRBMA, CMM, is the administrator/business manager for Medical Imaging Physicians, Inc., a radiology practice in Dayton, Ohio. He has managed radiology practices since 1978 in southwestern Ohio. As a passionate health care manager, he has also been chairman of The Breast Cancer Foundation in Dayton, Ohio, for over 22 years. He is the 2008-2009 past president of Ohio Radiology Business Managers Association and 2016 past president for Radiology Business Management Association. Mr. Hamilton has an associate degree in accounting from Sinclair Community College, a bachelor’s degree in management of information systems from Capital University, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is also a Certified Medical Manager with the Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers (PAHCOM).
